Hope you all have had a wonderful week so far! I thank you for
joining me for another edition of "Michell's Weekly Pearl", where I seek to use Godly wisdom to offer encouragement. If this is your first time visiting, let me tell you a little about my advice series. This is where you can ask me anything on marriage, women's issues, family matters, relationships, parenting, homemaking, or life in general. If you want an honest, biblically based, to the point answer; email me your questions via prowessandpearls@gmail.com (please
put "MWP" in the subject area). I'll
post your question, along with my
answer, anonymously. Easy as that! I'll also delete your email once I've

"Michell's Weekly Pearl"...(Tired of Being the Bank)
Doing YOU WELL Wednesday#30 and some congratulations!
Okay, I must first start off by apologizing...why, because I haven’t
even responded to ALL of last week’s “DYWW” commenters…IKR! I’m sure some of
you are saying to yourselves…WTW, is she
really having another linky-party and hasn’t even finished last week's! Give me
some slack will ya? Lol! It’s been a long week y'all, but I promise, I’ll be sure to
respond to each and every person who commented on my blog by this week’s end…I
promise! :-)
Joi's post on Monday was right on time concerning this very matter. So, this week I guess I’m “doing myself well” by at least keeping on schedule with this
post…sigh! But hey, even though I’m not doing so great with that this week, I’m
pleased to announce that someone in the Pulliam household is “doing himself
well”! Who, you ask? My hubby…who received his Doctorate in Theology last weekend!!

Doing YOU WELL Wednesday #29
I’m sure by now all of your little and big ones have gone
off to school. As I mentioned last week, our youngest is headed off today to
start his senior year of high school. It seems like it was just yesterday we
sent him off to Kindergarten. He was so adorable and shy. All the little girls
volunteered to help him. Whenever we stopped by to visit, he always had at least
two girls on each hand…too funny! Next year this time he’ll be going off to
college. So, I’m “doing myself well” today by not crying and letting go of the
last little bird in the nest!

Doing YOU WELL Wednesday #28 and the last week of summer break...
Hi everyone!
Hope your week has been fantabulous so far! I don't know about you, but I'm savoring every bit of this LAST full week of summer break...IKR! Ughhhh...can you believe it...gone, just like that! Thank God our son will be a senior this year, so...NO more outrageous school supply lists that consist of hand wipes, boxes of napkins and enough supplies to fill an underground bunker. It's been a few years since I've actually bought hand wipes and boxes of napkins for school - he is a senior - but you get the picture. No buying new book bags or calculators, yippee! But instead, we'll be filling out college

Doing YOU WELL Wednesday #27...going back to the basics
Hi everyone! Welcome to another week of “Doing YOU WELL
Wednesday”. A “no rules” link-party.
Where we meet up each week , “just because”. Just to say hi, just to check on
one another, but most of all…just to show some “bloggy” love! Even though it is
a “no rules” linky-party, it would be nice if you would follow your host…that
would “me”, lol! And don’t worry, I’m a very cordial host….I ALWAYS follow back
AND I love making new blogging friends!
I would also like to thank everyone who
