Hey ladies!! Sorry for the break last week, but we're back on track today! We're on our 4th "Doing YOU WELL Wednesday" link-up!
I hope you all are making new friends! And for all of you who are new to the partaaay...all you do is share with us what you're DOING WELL this week! It can be ANYTHING; no matter how big or small, as long as it’s leading you towards…DOING YOU WELL! We as women have gone most of our lives doing others well, but when it comes to doing ourselves well…we must admit, we have
fallen short. The enemy wants us to focus on all the things we just can't seem to get right in our lives...and when it's time to celebrate all the things we are doing right...he makes us feel unworthy, so we find it hard to celebrate ourselves! Who knows, you may have something that will inspire one of the other readers…and besides, we can all use some encouragement!! Btw...I'm enjoying reading your lovely comments on how you're doing yourselves well! ;-) Join in on the conversation and please feel free to reply to comments made by others.
As you can probably tell by now, this isn’t your normal linky-party. My goal is to create a community where we actually get to know one another and each other's blogs by connecting here on this link-up...where you’re not just a linked up post(if you get my drift). For all my sisters who don't have blogs, please leave your comment, so we can get to know you too! If you have a website or fan page, you can link those up as well. If you don’t have anything to share, you can still link up(I highly recommend you say something though, so we can get to know you, that's the point, right).;-) Each week I'll feature one of our fabulous participants! Our featured blogger this week is the lovely Ashley who blogs over at This Southern Girl's Heart...go over and show her some lovin'! Here are the rules:
- If you follow me via GFC(Google Friend Connect), Facebook, Twitter, or Pinterest, please make sure to leave in your comment that you're following, so I can return the favor.
- Leave your comment on what you’re doing well this week. If you’re a blogger, link up your blog(s)(any post you'd like) so others can visit and follow you. Go visit other blogs and comment/follow. Try to visit as many as you can each week. Remember, we're creating a community here.
- Please play fair(as I’ve seen so many bloggers in link-ups NOT do). If someone comments on/follows your blog…PLEASE return the favor! Remember, we're creating a community. Don't forget to let them know you're dropping by from the "Doing YOU WELL" link-up.
- As I’ve stated, my goal is to create a community (I'm not trying to be redundant) where we come together to make new friends, connect with one another AND support each other's blogs...that's one of the reasons we blog, right? If your goal is to get followers for the sake of just getting followers…then,
you may want to keep it movin’...ahem, I meant..this may not be the linky party for you. :-)
- What are you waiting for ladies…get to linking!
- Most of all...have fun, meet new friends and gain new followers, and while you're at it invite others to come...the more, the merrier! Don't forget to come back(same time next week)!
- You can grab my "Doing YOU WELL"button if you'd like. It's right there on the side(keep scrolling down, you'll see it). Paste it either in your post, on your sidebar, or wherever you put your buttons!
Having a blast serving Him !

What am I doing well this week? Is not going insane a suitable answer? Because that feels like the only thing I've probably done right so far.
Emma - in my world that in itself is well enough :)
DeleteHahaha...you ladies are funny! But seriously Emma, as long as you've kept your sanity...you're in a great place!;-) For if the enemy can get your mind, that's when it really gets tough! Praying and believing that it will go uphill from here and your week shall be blessed!!! Philippians 4:7(AMP)
DeleteNot a lady, but doing well in holding my ground on things that are important to me.

Hahaha! Good for you for standing on your principles! Have a blessed day! ;-)
DeleteHmmm. My goals this week were to mail out 3 cards and to work out 4 times. So far, I've mailed one and worked out twice. :)
ReplyDeleteXO,
Meredith
Lol Meredith, you've won half the battle my friend! The week is NOT over...tehehee! ;-) Have a blessed rest of your week!!
DeleteBeen out of shape lately because of work demands and crazy schedule. This time though, I promised myself I'm putting my running shoes to work again. So far, working out some sweat is going pretty well.
ReplyDeleteHey Anne, I know what you mean! I got a resistance band and used it for one week...well, the rest is history, lol! Kudos to you for getting back on your workout game! Have a blessed week!
DeleteMy goal was to try and use the oven instead of the microwave all the time and succeeded 8D
ReplyDeleteNow I just need to cook without giving people food poisioning XD
Furita
Now that's funny! The microwave is so addictive though, but the oven is sooo much better. And yes, I hope you DON'T give anyone food poisoning, lol! Have a blessed week! ;-)
DeleteLast week I realized I was stretching myself too thin, so this week I re-prioritized things to ensure that I am able to make time for the things I need to do and time for myself. I feel much more relaxed and able this week :)
ReplyDeleteThat's a good one Nichole! We can sometimes overdo it, which causes stress and frustration. Kudos to you for knowing when to stop on a dime and say no. We all need to learn how to do that more often. Yes, tranquility is a GREAT state to be in! Have a blessed week!
DeleteThis week has been a struggle with sickness in my household and long work hours, but I'm maintaining a positive attitude and keeping a smile on my face, but most importantly - my heart. Prayerfully, I'm passing that along to others I encounter, too.
ReplyDeleteHappy Wednesday everyone!!!
That's awesome Michelle...encouraging others as you go through! May you be encouraged my friend, as you are walking out 2 Corinthians 1:4! Have a blessed week!
DeleteI am doing myself well by taking time to breath deep and feel confident that everything crazy going on in my life right now will work itself out. I am feeling calm and content as I prepare for surgery next week and I am so happy that I am not feeling stressed or scared.
ReplyDeleteI love this post and I think this is a wonderful link up!! Have an amazing day!
Awww...thanks Emily! Good for you for not letting stress and fear overcome you and for trusting Him that everything will work out! Praying for a successful surgery and speedy recovery! Have a blessed week!
DeleteLove that we have like-minded hearts for community! I linked up a post for the first time here! It's something that God has put on my heart -- that we would know that we are beautiful and that He tells us that in so many ways. It is my prayer that we begin to listen to His voice.
ReplyDeleteOh yes Jen, I so agree! That's one of the things we as humans(especially women) have a hard time with...believing God that we ARE fearfully and wonderfully made in His image and in His likeness! I think community is so important because it's an avenue for encouragement. It's the enemy who wants to isolate us, and you know what happens when he does that...he takes all the fiery darts he has and throws them at us with full force. As I'm sure you will...I will remind everyone of how He loves us madly! Have a blessed week my friend!
DeleteI absolutely love your blog! Specially the photos because they are so artistic and so creative. I followed you on GFC and liked your FB page! Hoping you can come by my blog and follow me too :) Thank you for this post! I can't wait to read more of your posts. More power to you!
ReplyDeleteXOXO
